Since its foundation the club has seen a big change in attitudes and behaviour for the better of most of the children who are members. Parents, guardians and those responsible for the care and education of the children confirm the benefits the children gain through their active, sporting participation in the club.

In recent years the club has taken members abroad to compete in soccer tournaments, and to benefit from cultural exchange with host families. These trips have had a great effect on the lives and attitudes of the individuals that travelled. Experience has shown that children change for the better having had this kind of encounter and the ripple effect of this on family and local community is incalculable.
