Inspired by the Gospel, we the parishioners of Halston Street  recognise the dignity and uniqueness of each person.

On Saturday, 8 August 2009, part of the ceiling over the gallery fell. Thankfully, no one was in the church at the time of the incident. Immediately, the area was cordoned off and made safe. On 12 August 2009, more of the ceiling fell to the ground as can be seen in the slide show.

We are appealing for financial help so that the essential restoration work can be paid for.

This work started on 17 August 2009.
