Parish Pastoral Council met on 17th February and reported that RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) is available in the parish. A number of people are taking part and it is hoped to have a regular monthly meeting organised for all participants soon. The Directed Retreat is starting on Sunday afternoon, 26th March at 4pm. Quite a few have put their names forward for this week long prayer experience. Those taking part in the retreat meet together on the afternoon of the 26th, and then on a daily basis for thirty minutes with their director. This is a very special kind of retreat because it gives you a space to talk about whatever is uppermost on your mind - good and not so good alike. Celebrate Spring is a gala concert for all the members of our community takes place on Saturday, 1st April.
